White Collar Nerd was founded in 2001. Whilst our origins are in business IT consulting, over the years we become aware of the lack of technical support for home and small office users. If you are home user and need help installing a new printer quite often you would be charged more for the installation than you did for the printer. That's why we differ. You only pay for the service you receive. As a home user you don't need someone with a degree in Network Engineering you just need someone trained in installing printers.
